Return & Refund Policy

At Jimy's Home we want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, here is how returns and refunds work.

Returns

• You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and sent back in the original packaging where possible.

How to start a return

• Email us at bouxcuenghart@gmail.com with your order number and a short note on what you'd like to return.
• We will confirm the return address (shipment originates from China) and next steps.

Refunds

• Once we receive and check the returned item, we issue a refund to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or incorrect items

• If your order arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
