Orders

• By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs.

Pricing and payment

• All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable duties and taxes for supported markets at checkout.
• Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and other listed providers.

Shipping

• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in China; international transit typically takes 1–3 weeks.
• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

Intellectual property

• All product designs, text, and imagery on this site are the property of MOMÉ and may not be reused without written permission.

Limitation of liability

• MOMÉ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products beyond what is required by applicable consumer law.

Governing law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MOMÉ operates, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
