Shipping Policy

Where we ship

• We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the European Union.
• Some markets may be paused depending on logistics availability.

Rates and delivery

• Standard shipping is free on all orders.
• Estimated delivery: 1–3 weeks from dispatch, depending on destination and customs.
• Orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in China via a delivered-duty-paid (DDP) line, so duties and taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout.

Processing time

• Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Tracking

• A tracking number is provided by email once your order ships where the carrier supports it.

Customs and duties

• For supported markets, duties and taxes are prepaid (DDP). You should not be asked to pay additional fees on delivery.

Delays

• Customs clearance or carrier delays are outside our control but we will help track a stuck parcel on request.
